About Trimlight Phoenix

These questions come up most often when homeowners are deciding whether we are the right company to work with.

We install permanent outdoor lighting systems for homes across the Phoenix metropolitan area. That includes permanent holiday lighting, landscape and accent lighting, palm tree lighting, and color-changing bistro lighting. Every system is professionally installed and controlled through a mobile app.

The business was founded in 2021 and operates as Outdoor Vibes LLC, doing business as Trimlight Phoenix. We have been installing permanent lighting across Maricopa County since then. Our team is based in Scottsdale.

We serve communities throughout Maricopa County, Arizona. That includes Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Moon Valley, Deer Valley, New River, and Cave Creek. If you are just outside these areas, it is still worth asking.

The four things that come up repeatedly are customer service, installation quality, the features in the lighting app, and how easy the system is to use day to day. Those happen to be the areas we focus on most. We would rather be judged on the finished install than on marketing claims.

The majority of our work is residential, on single-family homes. We do offer commercial lighting installation for business and commercial properties. Get in touch with the details of your property and we will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit.

Quotes, Consultations, and Booking

Getting a price for permanent lighting works differently from buying an off-the-shelf product, so here is how it actually runs.

Start by getting in touch with some basic details about your property. We then arrange an on-site consultation, because roofline length and layout are what determine the price. You receive a quote based on your actual property rather than a generic estimate.

The consultation carries no obligation to proceed. We look at the property, explain your options, and answer questions so you can make an informed decision. If you decide the timing is not right, that is a perfectly reasonable outcome.

Cost depends mainly on how much roofline you want covered and how complex that roofline is. A single-story home with a straightforward layout sits at the lower end, while multi-level properties with long or intricate rooflines cost more. We explain exactly what is driving your number rather than presenting a figure without context.

Demand rises sharply in the run-up to the holiday season, so autumn bookings fill quickly. If you want a system running by Christmas, reaching out in late summer or early autumn gives you the most flexibility. Outside that window, lead times are generally shorter.

We operate Monday through Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Arizona time. Seven-day availability makes it easier to arrange consultations around work and family commitments. Enquiries submitted outside those hours are picked up the following morning.

How Permanent Lighting Works

If you have only ever used temporary lights, these are the practical questions worth understanding first.

Yes, the system is installed into your roofline and stays there permanently. The track is designed to be discreet during daylight hours so it does not read as holiday decoration in July. You control when the lights are on and what color they display.

That is how most homeowners use it the majority of the year. Warm white settings work as everyday accent lighting, and you can switch to specific colors for Halloween, Independence Day, birthdays, or game days. The system is designed for year-round use rather than seasonal use.

Everything runs through a mobile app on your phone. You can change colors, adjust brightness, build and save scenes, and set schedules so the lights come on and off automatically. The app and its ease of use are among the most frequent compliments we receive from customers.

The products we install are designed for continuous outdoor exposure rather than a few weeks of seasonal use. That matters in a climate with sustained summer heat and intense sun. We will walk you through the specific product details and their coverage during your consultation.

In most cases yes, and plenty of homeowners start with the roofline and add landscape, palm, or patio lighting later. Planning the full property upfront can make the staging simpler, but it is not required. Tell us what you might want eventually and we will factor it into the initial layout.

Still Have a Question?
